NESTLE – ACTIVATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Client: Nestle Brand: Nestle Event date: April, 2020 – April, 2022 Target audience: Nestle activation human resources PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
  1. Create a system to manage the activations of Nestlé which is run by different agencies
  2. Manage data (photo, figures…) more effective
  3. Build up the system to support stock management of Nestlé CMS Department

Build up a system that all the processes are reduced and managing time is increased for Nestlé

All collected data will share the same value for summary or analysis

Task requirements should be consistent in each Activation project.  

THE CONCEPT

PROJECT APPROACHING Every party has their responsibility to run the activation campaign, they have the connection to get good outcomes and report Management app was created for making quick reports send directly from the field team to the top-owners of the projects as well as managing the whole project Nestle management app can be used on both mobile devices or web-based   APPLICATION: NASA – NESTLE ACTIVATION SAMPLING APPLICATION The SYNCHRONIZATION SYSTEM is created to support in managing Activation and Sampling activities between Nestlé and cooperating parties (Agencies). NASA can support both sides Owner/Planner and Agency to manage their projects by the ability to execute the consistency from the beginning for all users who are accessing the system. ACTIVATION MANAGING APPLICATION To build the roles of every party in the activation with users’ interface by this app. Everyone related to the project can actively complete their work Operation flow:

NASA will decentralize based on the roles of users which can give them a full picture or a part of it depending on the user’s duties. Besides, each input data is centralized in the system to access and support specific projects.

All the warehouses from agencies will be virtually gathering online which can give the users (Owner, Planner, Agencies) can manage and rotate stocks to run the program effectively
